Psychotherapy is about discovering and releasing limiting attitudes, beliefs and behaviors that obscure our true selves. Releasing these limitations allows the emergence of authenticity and self compassion, as well as a reduction in distressing symptoms. My initial role as therapist is to collaborate with you as we explore your personal history
and determine what is in need of healing. Guiding you through this self exploration with stability, sensitivity and non-judgment leads to the establishment of a secure, supportive environment. Clinical hypnosis, elements of the Hakomi Method (body-centered therapy), attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology are woven into this process.
